Can you give me a better price if I place a large order? Since our prices are competitive, we generally do not reduce them for our customers who order in large quantity.
Do you offer a free personalized greeting card in with my order? Yes, upon request. We print our own greeting cards in high definition and match the card design with your personal message. Please fill out the field: "Miscellaneous Additional Information" on the checkout page and we will be glad to include it in your order.
What is the minimum purchase amount? The minimum purchase amount is $10.
Is my information secure on your site? Yes. The check out pages https://www.natural-elements-online.com/cart.asp where you enter your shipping information is secured. When you proceed to the payment page, you will be directed to PayPal.com - which is also a secure site - to use the payment option of your choice.
How can I pay for my order if I don't have a Paypal account? You don't need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay us, just fill out the secure PayPal form with your information. Click here for more information
How come my purchase was not approved? Many times the reason for decline is that the security code from the back of the card did not match or the address and/or ZIP code does not match what is listed on you credit card billing statement. Please be sure that your billing information matches that of your credit card or bank card statement. If you have already done this and are still having problems, you may want to check with your card issuer.
How long will it take for my order to reach me? In general, we ship no later than the next business day. Delivery time will depend on the shipment method chosen.
Is your basket delivery schedule the same as your schedule for regular orders? Not quite. Please allow extra time when you order a basket since we prepare each basket individually when the order is placed.
Can I place an order by telephone? Unfortunately, no. Our payment system is not set up for us to process orders over the phone.
What is your return policy? All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis. Please note that any opened products can not be returned.
