Are all of your products made in Hawaii? Definitely, and many of the ingredients we use are native to Hawaii.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, but this is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS), not by United Parcel Service (UPS), on orders of $50 or more via Priority Mail when you check out. This enables us to ship to P.O. boxes in the United States, which some customers request. You can visit our website to estimate the shipping cost of your purchase.

Can you give me a better price if I place a large order? While our prices are competitive, we may not always be able to reduce them for our customers who order several items.
What is the minimum purchase amount? The minimum purchase amount is $15.
Is my information secure on your site? When you place your order, you will be directed to Authorize.net or PayPal.com - both of which are secure sites - to use the payment option of your choice.
How come my purchase was not approved? Many times the reason for decline is that the security code from the back of the card did not match or the address and/or ZIP code does not match what is listed on you credit card billing statement. Please be sure that your billing information matches that of your credit card or bank card statement. If you have already done this and are still having problems, you may want to check with your card issuer.
How long will it take for my order to reach me? Depending on when your order is placed, it will be processed the same day or on the following day. Our system is extremely fast, and that is the reason we don't do any drop shipping.
Is your basket delivery schedule the same as your schedule for regular orders? Not quite. Please allow extra time when you order a basket since we need to make the basket, make the bow, and wrap the basket with cellophane.
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted on unopened, defective or incorrect items shipped to you.
