We are not a drop shipping retailer, we sell products from our stock.

Natural Elements offers two secure payment options through our website. Once you have made your selection of items to purchase, and chosen a shipping option, you will be redirected to either the Authorize.net secure website to pay with Visa or MasterCard, or PayPal's secure website to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or other payment options, based on your choice.

We do not store or capture Credit Cards on our website for security.

We believe these are the best options for secure, quick and easy payment.
Authorize.net and PayPal also give our customers satisfaction in knowing that their transaction is secure through a Secure Socket Link and 128 bit encryption with a secure certificate. Our website is just as secure and protected when entering your personal information on our secure checkout page, which you can verify by the padlock icon on your browser or 'https' in the address line. We do not rent or sell any of your personal information. We will only use your information for the purposes of processing your payment and order. All you need to do is make your payment and we will take care of your order for you.

Please note that for any card you use on our PayPal payment form, PayPal's credit card processor places a $1.00 TEMPORARY charge on your account as part of the credit card authorization process.

We ship via UPS and USPS for deliveries to U.S. deliveries. We have found their services to be the best for our customers. This allows us to ship to P.O. boxes in the USA.

On our website we have a tool that can estimate the shipping cost before buying. UPS options include: standard, 3 days, 2 days for U.S.
USPS options include: Priority Mail for U.S. only.
For all orders shipped to Nevada, there will be a sales tax of 7.75% added to the order total with shipping.

Returns will be accepted only on unopened or defective or incorrect items. You must contact us via email at info@natural-elements-online.com or call us at (702) 485-5704 before returning any item to ensure acceptance of the returned item. To be honored, this must be completed within 14 days of delivery of the item(s) purchased. You will be offered an exchange or reimbursement via your original form of payment. We will work with you to ensure satisfaction of your ordering process.

When you wish to buy a product, click on the buy button, wait a couple of seconds so the cookies can record your cart on the dynamic page, then you can continue your shopping for other products. If you see the message, "Sorry, your shopping cart is empty." that means your computer doesn't accept our cookies.

To fix this problem when using Internet Explorer:

Go in your browser then go to menu tools then internet options, click on the privacy tab then click on advanced. A pop up menu called Advanced Privacy settings comes up, from here you can click on accept cookies, then click ok and close all menus.
